Are you looking for a semi GI Joe type of game? Well Crafty Games has the answer for you. As close to the core concepts without infringing on copyrights comes Real American H.E.R.O.es which is an expansion for Spycraft 2.0. I think it’s pretty cool and very tempted to pick it up down the line.
