Wow, it just seem’s that Pathfinder keeps gaining steam in support and that is a good thing. Well this is simply awesome news as you can now help Green Ronin get Freeport rolling with a gigantic book filled with everything you need and the bonuses as of now seem really cool and we all know more bonuses tend to get tacked on as the time ticks down so jump about if your a Freeport fan or just looking for an awesome setting.
For those interested in the new Mummy: The Curse game you can go and join the kickstarter campaign. The book is a reasonable price and you will have some nice benefits at the various reward tiers. Might hop on this one but would maybe like to know more on it. And wouldn’t it be nice if White Wolf could update thier site and promote these kickstarters themselves in 2013
Studio 2 Publishing is looking at releasing a set of miniatures for Pinnacles Hell on Earth Reloaded. They are aiming that the miniatures are released at the same time as the rulebook. From what I can see, congrats! There are not many levels but the prices are reasonable enough. I always find the shipping a bit on the expensive side for us Canadian folks but sometimes you need to suck it up.

Well this is very cool. Mutants & Masterminds by Green Ronin has reached 10 years and now they are celebrating with a special edition book. It’s being kickstarted and has almost reached it’s goal within a day. The levels are very reasonable all considering and they have some interesting stretch goal. Hopefully they toss some extra swag in as well.

White Wolf has a Kickstarter for a deluxe version of their Werewolf the Apocalypse book. This is going to be an update book that from the sounds of things, will be extremely kick ass. And while not on Kickstarter for all that long they have already generated almost $200,000 when they were asking for only $85,000. Damn!!
White Wolf intends to use Kickstarter as a means to determine interest and well,,,everyone is interested it seem’s. However to have a physical copy here in Canada would look to set you back $145 which is pretty steep but there are some goodies on the side. Ah, if I had the money.
We got a lovely e-mail about this particular kickstarter that is going on. As the title says, it’s a 28mm scaled village which is also modular. There are little accessories for around the villoage as well. I highly recommend checking out the kickstarter as the buildings look great. Has a very classic look to them and the prices are not too out there either. So you can head on over to kickstarter for info or even the Renaissance Toys homepage.
Monte Cook’s new tabletop rpg heading our way entitled Numenera has been floating around Kickstarter for quite awhile now. It raised a hell of a lot of money too where it currently stands at $475,670 of their original goal of $20,000. That’s insanely impressive and goes to show the love they have for the man’s work. Accordingly the rewards have expanded to go along with it which is awesome on Monte’s part. You can tell it’s very humbling that he is receiving so much support.
So that all being said, 9 hours left to go if you want in on one of these great packages offered.

Chaosium is kickstarting a fund for the reprinting and revision of their classic campaign Horror on the Orient Express. This is a campaign that has literally not seen the light of day in over two decades.
I was fortunate enough back many years ago to find a copy of this in a used section of our gaming store we frequented. It had everything included and it’s really a good campaign. I am currently trying to get the group organized for my Cthulhu game which will lead into this campaign eventually as I have been dying to run it.
But for those who never experienced it and even for those who have or own it this is still a great kickstarter to be part of. Lots of bonuses to be had and we all know Chaosium is totally good for it.
Did you ever see The Gamers? It’s sequel, Dorkness Rising? Well, if you’re already a fan, you should definitely investigate the The Gamers: Hands of Fate Kickstarter which seeks to fund a third movie in the series.
Here is a new kickstarter for Pathfinder called To Slay A Dragon. As quoted from the page:
Do you remember D&D adventures which consisted solely of trekking to a dragon’s lair and slaying it, old-school style? Have you fond memories of the NIGHT BELOW boxed set – in particular the first book which details the area of Haranshire and the various goings-on there? If you love the idea of a small village setting, detailed with various plot hooks and sub-quests, followed by a good-old fashioned hex-crawl and a dragon slaying, this adventure is for you! It’s NIGHT BELOW crossed with THE HOBBIT. Kinda
I recently got my hands on a copy of the Return to the Tomb of Horrors box set and while reading it thought that they don’t make adventures like this or the Night Below anymore. Sometimes it is a good to have a romp in a dungeon and slay a dragon. While it is nice to have some of the newer adventures that come out I think classic adventure making is a bit of a lost art these days .Glad to see this kickstarter and hope it gets funded quickly.
